I. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and other similar mechanisms to learn how users use our Website and for marketing purposes, including to display advertisements to them elsewhere on the Internet.
# What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file stored by a website on your computer, phone or other device on which you browse a website. The cookie contains data about your use of the website.
Some cookies are essential for the operation of our Shop and cannot be switched off.
Otherwise, the first time you visit our Website, we ask you to agree to the installation of cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies (or any non-essential cookies) without your consent.
# What cookies do we use?
- Necessary cookies
- These cookies are used to make the website work properly. You cannot deactivate them because if you disable them, our website will simply not function properly.
- In this respect, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It shows your consent or lack of consent to run particular types of cookies on our website.
- Other necessary cookies on our Website are used for the proper functioning and management of our Website, including, but not limited to, making changes to the Website and running tracking tools that you agree to.
- Statistical analysis of our website
- We use tools that collect analytical data to help us understand how users use our Website. The data we receive from these tools does not give us information about a specific individual known by name, but allows us to record various aspects of a user's use of the Website. We may aggregate and analyse this data statistically and use it to make decisions about changes to our Store and/or how we conduct our advertising and marketing communications.
- A list of the analytical tools we use on the Website - along with an explanation of (i) who the tool provider is, (ii) what exactly the tool is used for, (iii) what data the tool collects - can be found in the Annex 1 to this policy and briefly in the cookie consent management panel.
- Advertising cookies
- We use advertising tools so that we can display our advertisements on other sites you visit, including social media (known as targeted advertising), measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and match the content of our communications to you with information we hold about you.
- On the Shop, we allow you to subscribe to our newsletter. Accordingly, cookies are used to embed a subscription form on our Website and to measure the effectiveness of subscriptions to this form. Modern email marketing systems give us the ability to combine analytical data from mailing campaigns with analytical data from the Shop. We may use this data to optimise the content of messages sent to newsletter subscribers.
- You will find a list of the advertising tools we use on the Website, together with an explanation of (i) who the provider of the tool is, (ii) what exactly it is used for, in the Annex 1 to this policy and briefly in the cookie consent management panel.
- Functional cookies
- Some of the cookies on our website are used to run additional tools on the Shop website, such as a chat, a module for adding product reviews and/or stars, the ability to recommend a product to a friend, the ability to show you recently viewed products in our Shop, etc.
- You will find a list of the functional tools we use on the Website, together with an explanation of what they are used for, in the cookie consent management panel.
- Social media plug-ins and links
- We have included links to our social media profiles on our Website: Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn / Twitter. If you visit our profile on a particular service, the owner of that service will receive - just as when users go from any other website to another website - the information that you have reached these services from our Shop.
- You can find details of the processing of your data by these social networks on the websites of their providers:
- Facebook and Instagram - https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/

- Twitter - https://twitter.com/en/privacy
- Films
- Some videos on the Website are embedded using plug-ins from YouTube [a service owned by Google] / plug-ins from Instagram [owned by Meta Platforms] / plug-ins from TikTok. When you play such a video on our Website, Google / Instagram / TikTok receives a notification of this from your browser, even if you do not have a Google/YouTube profile / even if you do not have a profile on Instagram / even if you do not have a profile on TikTok or are not currently logged in. If you have previously logged in to the above-mentioned service, the service provider will be able to directly assign the video playback to your profile.
- If you wish to prevent Google / Instagram / TikTok from collecting information about your activity on our Site, you can:
- not play the video (We will treat your consent to play the video as consent that also applies to other videos on our Website - until you revoke it, i.e. change your cookie choices),

# Legal issues concerning cookies
The legal basis for the Shop's use of essential cookies (indicated above under „What cookies do we use?”) is our legitimate interest, i.e. the right to operate the Website to support our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of residual cookies is your consent.
In connection with our processing of your personal data by means of cookies, you have rights at any time, which we write about below.
Our use of cookies, in particular for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies we use may create a profile of you on the basis of the information we collect (e.g. email address, order history, type of device, technology used, frequency of visits) and, on this basis, formulate purchasing forecasts for the future. This allows us to decide what content (including advertising) to display on our and other websites.
# How long do cookies remain on a user's device?
It depends on whether they are „persistent” or „session” cookies. Session cookies, i.e. the information necessary for your browser's functionalities to work correctly, expire at the end of the user session, i.e. each time you close our Site. Persistent cookies, which make the use of the Website easier (e.g. remembering the selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, last viewed products) will be stored by your browser for longer and will remain there until the expiry date, unless you delete them earlier yourself using the settings in your browser menu.
Third-party cookies (i.e. analytics, advertising and social media-related cookies) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide you with links in this policy.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products and/or services, e.g. about new products, promotions or special offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in each newsletter or by simply writing us a message.
A modern e-mail marketing system allows us to analyse the actions of recipients, i.e. it tells us whether a particular message has been opened by you. We analyse such information in order to better adapt the content of the newsletter and notifications to your interests and send you personalised messages (profiling). You can object to such processing of your data by us at any time. If you do not subscribe for 1 year, we may stop sending you the newsletter. In this case, we will remove you from our list of subscribers (with additional notice).

APPENDIX 1 TO THE SHOP'S PRIVACY POLICY Stockify - LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS THAT USE COOKIES
- ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
- We use Google Analytics
- The information that Google Analytics collects about users includes, for example: how many times the user visits the website; which pages the user visits; the date of the first and last visit; the duration of the visit; the page from which the user visited the website (source of arrival); the browser the user uses; the link the user clicks; the location in the world from which the user accesses the website, the anonymised (abbreviated) IP address, etc.
- Google assigns an individual user an identifier (the so-called Google ID) and collects the data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We - as the owner of the Website - may receive reports (statistics) from Google exclusively related to the traffic on our Website. These reports, of course, only include persons who have consented on our Website to have their visits recorded by Google Analytics.
- You can find further detailed information about the operation of Google Analytics here i here.
- You can also permanently prevent Google Analytics from recording information from your browser by installing a special plug-in located here.
- Cookies from our shop's software provider
- The provider of the software by which our Store operates - i.e. the owner of the shoper.pl platform - places cookies on our Site in order to collect aggregate information about how customers use online shops (sub-pages opened and time spent on them, products displayed, clicks on the Store page, analytical information about purchases, e.g. conversion rates).
- This data is used to create aggregated reports for e-shop owners, containing general (no personal data) information on, among other things, which products are of interest to the shop's customers, during which period of the year there is an increase in shop traffic or sales, etc. This enables retailers (including us) to improve their shops and optimise their sales processes.
- You can read the full details in Cookie policy for visitors to Shoper shops.
- We use Google Analytics
- ADVERTISING COOKIES
- We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools
- Google collects the data obtained from the cookies placed on your device on its servers. This data is collected on all sites where you have allowed Google to use cookies for advertising purposes (including our Website), as well as from advertisements you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display advertisements on other sites you visit. Normally, cookies from Google expire after 3 months.
- We, as advertisers using Google's services, do not have access to the cookie data stored on your device, but we can commission adverts to audience groups with characteristics we have selected, e.g. all persons who have visited our website (or a specific subpage thereof) in the last 7 days. This data is only statistical material for us, and we only commission adverts on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to a specific user).
- We may also use (as part of our use of the Google Marketing Platform) tools that allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g. how many people clicked on a particular advertisement over a certain period of time).
- You can read more about how Google uses cookies to display adverts and how you can manage your settings regarding adverts here i here.
- Meta conversion pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
- We use the so-called „conversion pixel” (remarketing pixel) Meta to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- If you consent to the use of this cookie on our Website, then Meta Platform services obtain information through this tool that you have visited our Website. This information is assigned to your profile on the relevant service, if you have one. If you are not a user of these services, then the information is assigned to the so-called „Facebook ID” created for you.
- This allows us to commission advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to those people who have already visited our Website or its individual sub-pages (remarketing). We then only receive statistical data from Meta Platforms on the effectiveness of the adverts (e.g. how many people saw our ad, how many people clicked on it), without reference to specific users.
- If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, we encourage you to read further information about data protection on these services here i here.
- You can read more about the Meta remarketing pixel itself. here.
- E-mail marketing
- For the newsletter, we use a tool provided to us by an external company.
- The email marketing system embeds cookies on our Site to display subscription forms and to measure the effectiveness of these forms (conversion rate).
- We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools
