Returns and complaints

Complaints relating to the functioning of the Website or purchased goods can be submitted by email to: biuro.stockify@gmail.com or in writing to the Administrator's address.

The complaint should contain the data of the person submitting the complaint (name, surname, address, e-mail address) and a detailed description of the problem and the reason for the complaint. In order to consider the matter efficiently, the Administrator may ask for additional information or explanations.

Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt. The User will be informed of the outcome of the complaint via the contact address he/she has indicated.

The administrator is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of the goods.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that purchases made through the Website are not aimed at consumers and therefore the Purchaser is not entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Administrator's liability under warranty for defects in goods is excluded.
